SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
*Shipping will take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays of every week.
*Both USPS and UPS are used for shipping.
*Shipping will be a flat rate based on weight. (See the chart below)
*Every item will come packaged accordingly. (i.e. something breakable will be wrapped in bubble wrap.)
*Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
*If your product arrives damaged, please contact me so that we can get you a replacement.
*If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact me so that we can get you a replacement or refund.
*All products will come with care instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. There will be no replacement or refund in the event something happens due to the care instructions not being followed.
Porch Pickup
I will gladly offer porch pickup for those that are local and would like to come and get their order. There is an option to select when checking out.
